PADI Advanced Open Water (AOW) Course

Now that you know how to dive, the fun can really begin! Use PADI's flexible Adventures in Diving program to delve for the first time into intriguing new diving activities. Explore more specialized forms of diving and develop your skills further during PADI's Adventure Dives. Classroom lesson time and studying is minimal so you can spend more time diving.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

Complete five adventure dives and become a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver! We will do Deep and Navigation dives, and you can choose another three exciting Adventure Dives; we highly recommend Buoyancy. We usually complete these dives over two or three days, but take as long as you like. Usually at least two of your dives are at Monad Shoal, home to our famous thresher sharks!

PADI Adventure Diver

Haven't the time to complete the Advanced course? Or do you just want to get a taste for it? The Adventure Diver certification is perfect for you. Enjoy a sample of adventure dives - three new exciting activities under the guidance of a PADI instructor. Use these dives as credit towards your Advanced Open Water Diver course which you can complete at any time at any PADI location around the world.

Single PADI Adventure Dives

If you don't want to do a certification course, don't worry. You can still do as many Adventure Dives as you like. With each complete Adventure Dive you earn credit towards your Advanced Open Water Diver and Adventure Diver certification. A great example is doing the Deep on the thresher shark dive. If you enjoy the dives and want to pursue any of these activities further, each Adventure Dive can also be credited towards a Specialty course.

Nitrox Combination

A very common option is to combine your Advanced Open Water course with PADI's most popular Specialty Course - Enriched Air Nitrox. This way you save time and money and come away with two of PADI's most sought after certifications.

After completing any Adventure Dive you may participate in an introduction to rescue diving skills and earn credit towards Section One of the PADI Rescue Diver course. If you complete your Advanced course with us, you can do this for free!
