Thresher Shark Divers is located on Malapascua's main beach. We can book accommodation at most of the resorts on the island. Some of the ones we use regularly are Tepanee Resort, Cocobana Resort, Slam's Garden Resort and Blue Coral Resort.

Contact us to find out more about current prices and to make a reservation. Many of the resorts are currently upgrading their facilities, so this information changes regularly. If you want an AC room, please book early as rooms are limited! Please note that we can only book rooms for our divers. Prices start at around US$ 30 for a basic fan room and $50 for air con. Hot water showers are available in most AC rooms and some fan rooms. Most people find it is not necessary -water is other resorts is usually tepid rather than "cold". Please note that electricity is usually but not always available 24 hours a day. Many resorts now have wi-fi, although it is not always fast or reliable, but we offer free wi-fi at the dive shop.

Tepanee Resort

Tepanee Resort is a new resort, built in a private area, on a small cliff overlooking the sea. The resort is very well run, under Italian management and has quickly become the most popular choice among our customers. Rooms come with Air con. and hot water and we think these are definitely the best value for your money on Malapascua.

Cocobana Beach Resort

Cocobana Resort was the first resort in Malapascua. Its cottages are in the middle of the main beach with easy access to everything. All Air con. rooms have hot water. Its newly built Super Deluxe AC rooms are very spacious and come with TV and refrigerator. Fan rooms also available.

Slam's Garden Resort

Slam's is a newly built resort located conveniently near the back of Thresher Shark Divers. With AC, fan and hot water.

Blue Coral Resort

Blue Coral Resort is conveniently located only 50m from the dive shop. It is build on a rocky outcrop at the end of the Bounty Beach. Its rooms are on the 3rd floor. Each has a private balcony and commands an incredible view. Rooms are fairly basic with fan or air-con. It is worth it for the view!

Mangrove Oriental Resort

Mangrove Oriental resort is set among beautiful surroundings with flower gardens and a private beach. It is isolated from the main beach area for the feeling of a real tropical island retreat. If you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing resort, this is your place. Mangrove is 10-15 minutes walk from the dive shop, or easily accessible by motorcycle taxi.

Logon Beach Resort / (Tepanee Classic)

Logon Resort is about two minutes walk from the dive shop on its own private beach. It is very small with only 5 basic fan bungalows.

Other Resorts

There are other options for resorts such as Celtis and Moonlight. These include resorts with more budget AC rooms that are either a few minutes walk from the main beach or of a slightly lower standard. Please contact us for more details. Ocean Vida and Legend are more high end resort, a few minutes walk from the dive shop.

Full board

Full board is provided by Oscar's Restaurant.
