For those who are merely curious about technical diving and want to try equipment and some of the procedures DSAT Discover Tec lets you do all this in controlled and safe environment. Discover Tec experiences can also credit towards the DSAT Tec Deep Diver courses including Tec 40. This Experience Program is designed to let you try out the gear and get a feel for Tec diving.

This can be credited towards the Tec 40 course (Dive 1), at the instructor's discretion and assuming you meet the course prerequisites for Tec 40.

Course Prerequisites

PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
Have a minimum of 10 logged dives
Minimum age: 18 years
Medical clearance NOT required assuming no current medical problems

Introduction to equipment and setup
One dive
- Maximum depth: 10 meters
- Optional skills

Required Materials and Equipment

Twin tanks and a harness.
Stage tank (optional)
